Backorders

• If you order an item that is out of stock, we will ship the back ordered item in a timely manner.
• f you have a question about a backordered item feel free to call and check on the status of your order.

Shipping Information

• United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
• Note that US orders from Hawaii and Alaska must ship next day air, second day air, or UPS Ground. Please choose from one of these three methods of shipment to ensure that you know the shipping charges when you place your order online, otherwise we will adjust to ground shipping and add the charges to the order at the time of shipping.
• NOTE: All APO and FPO shipments will have USPS charges added to the order at the time of shipment.
• Your-Flashlights.com uses an online credit card verification system that requires the customer to supply the actual billing address for the credit card used to pay for your order. Your order will not ship unless the billing address matches.
• Your-Flashlights.com will not ship your order to a different address other than the billing address without an explanation. If you need the order to ship to a different address other than the billing address please provide the reason for this in the comments field on the order screen.
• Note that US orders from Hawaii and Alaska must ship next day air, second day air, or UPS Ground. Please choose from one of these three methods of shipment to ensure that you know the shipping charges when you place your order online, otherwise we will adjust to ground shipping and add the charges to the order at the time of shipping.
• Your-Flashlights.com does not ship any orders outside of the United States.
• Purchase orders are for municipal orders only, no exceptions. Individual or civilian orders must be paid via credit card. Please fill out the billing information to help speed up the order verification process & to help get your order out faster.
• Note that an adult must sign for all packages. No exceptions.

Shipping Methods / Options

• We use UPS and FedEx to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know when you place your order. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate.
  
  
  

Use of Products

All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

• All returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions.
• Returned items must be in a re-sellable condition. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or signs of being installed will not be eligible for credit.
• If there is a problem with the merchandise we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
• If there is no problem found with the product and it is returned due to ordering the wrong item or changed mind, there will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
